You can have any or all your email forwarded to an outside email account or to a different email address within your domain. Here you can learn how to:
There is two methods of creating a forward:



- Scroll down to the end of the page and then click on the submit button.
2. Creating a foward from scratch (very similar to creating a new e-mail account). The resulting forward will not be associated with an existing mailbox i.e. it will not be redirecting mail for an existing mailbox.
- Select Mail Info in the Mail Info menu or click on the e-mail icon in the Quick Access menu.
- Scroll down the page and click on "New E-Mail" link, this will open the new e-mail creation page
- At the top of this page under "Add new E-Mail", enter the name of the mailbox forward in the field labelled "E-Mail Address". This is what your mailbox forward will be called.
- Scroll down to the section labelled "MAILBOX" and clear the "Password" field.
- Scroll further down to the section labelled "MAIL FORWARD" and tick the box beside this label. This tells the system that you want to create a mail forward.
- In the mail forward text field enter the email address(es) you want to forward mail to, as shown in the above screen shot. Be sure to seperate each address with a comma ( , ).
- Scroll down to the end of the page and then click on the submit button.

2, Tick the box to the far right of the existing destination address to delete it.
3. Click on the submit button at the bottom of the page to save the changes.
