View/print an invoice

The procedure for getting a copy of the invoice for the service you have with us is as follows:

1. Go to the following URL address https://ncm.novarait.com/.

2. This takes you to our online accounts system (the NCM).

3. If you do not have your username or password click on the Forgotten your login details? link and follow the procedure.

4. Once the username and password is sent to the admin contact email address for your service enter it in the login details box so that you can log into our online accounts system (the NCM).

5. Once you are logged in on the screen you will see the services you have with us listed, if for example you have a number of domains with us you will see Domain Names: 3. Click on the relevant listing of services.

6. You then get a listing of the individual items you have with us. Then click on the option Full Details.

7. Then click Click Here For Details Associated With This Domain.

8. Then in that menu you will see the option to print out the invoice for the service.
