Uploaded content has wrong permissions

When uploading files say from an application such as Frontpage type application or scripts the default ownership is HTTP when they appear in customer site directory instead of the customer ownership. The customer will need to edit the upload settings on these application or script so that files are writable by customer. Then remove the uploaded file with the HTTP ownership and upload it again so it appears with correct ownership.
