Uploaded Content is not Displaying
From Novara Support Knowledgebase
1. The most likely cause of this issue is that you have uploaded your files to the incorrect location. To remedy this, log into your control panel - (https://cp.host.ie)
2. From the Quick Access Panel click on the File Manager.
3. In the root directory when you open the file manager you should see a folder called the same as your domain name (test.com in this example) and a logs folder.
4. If you can see additional files here which you have just uploaded they are in the incorrect location and need to be moved into the test.com folder. Here you can see we have an index.html file which needs to be moved.
5. Tick the check box beside the file that you wish to move and click on the move button.
6. Browse to the directory where you want to move the files to - the folder named after your website, so test.com again in this case and click ok.
7. Click start.
Your files should now be moved into the correct location. Refresh the cache on your internet browser and check the site again. Your site should now be displaying.
To avoid this occurring in the future, make sure that your ftp client has its host directory set to that of your domain name.
Images or files not displaying in website placeholders:
Open website in Firefox browser - go to the placeholder where image/file is not appearing and right click and select view image – it will show the url that was entered into the code to access this image
Check this against the path to the image in the File Manager – if the url in the view image doesn't match the File Manager path to image, then this url is incorrect an needs to be corrected in customers code.
