Signing up a new domain to your hosting reseller account

Signup procedure for resellers:

1. Log into your control panel and then into the Admin section of your reseller account.

2. Select Signup.

3. Select the plan that you want to sign the account up to.

4. Enter the contact information for the new account. Note here that the email address that you enter is the email address that the welcome mail will be sent to, containing the log in details for the account.

5. Select a username and password for the new account.

6. Select "Host existing site" for standard signups.

7. Enter the full domain name and continue to completion.

8. Now, return to the admin section of your reseller control panel. Select "Moderate" and click on the new account.

9. At the bottom of the page that opens click "Create".

Your new account has now been signed up and moderated.


Existing site being transferred to your reseller account:

If it is registered somewhere else you will need to get them to change to the name servers above, if it is registered with us you can change this through your customer manager system.
