Summary Quota:

This is essentially the average disk space used since the time frame stated in the mail. What this means is that if you used 100MB of disk space yesterday and 0MB today, then your summary quota for that time period would be 50MB (100+0=100/2=50). So all the disk space used by your email, website and databases attribute to this.
