Mail for Macintosh

1. From the menu bar at the top of the screen click on "Go" then "Applications"

2. Click on the Mail Icon to open the application.

3. If this is your first time to open the application you will be prompted for information about your mail account.

You will be asked for the following details:

Your name:

Your email address:

Incoming Mail Server: mail.yourdomain.com

Mail Server Type: Either POP of IMAP

User Name: your full email address

Password:

Outgoing mail server: the same as the incoming mail server.

Once these details are filled in click "ok". If you have not given all the required information you will not be able to go any further.
