How do I delete mail from my mailbox when my account is over-quota

If you are experiencing trouble receiving email and getting an error message that your

mailbox is over-quota, please follow these steps to resolve the issue:


Log into your webmail account:


mail.yourdomain.com


From the list of available webmail clients, choose IMP mail

Enter in your username and password


Once logged in choose options

Select the Mailbox and folder display options

Set messages per page in the mailbox view to its maximum (This will allow you to view more messages per page)

Go back to your inbox and place a tick beside the mails that you want to delete. Once these

are selected, hit the delete button.

Now to empty your deleted items folder - click on the purge deleted option.
