Forgotten mailbox Password

There are two ways to recover from the inconvenience of forgotten passwords.

1. Get the administrator contact to mail in a request to support@novara.ie, detailing the domain name and the specific account that the password has been forgotten for. It is essential that the administrator (as per our records) makes this request as for security reasons this is the only mail address that the password can be sent to

2. From the control panel (https://cp.host.ie). The steps for resetting your email password from here are detailed below

• Log into your control panel (https://cp.host.ie) with your control panel username and password.

• Once you are logged in here, select the "email" icon from the quick access panel at the bottom of the page.

• When the following page opens up, scroll to the bottom until you locate the email address that you are missing the password from

• Click on the mailbox icon beside this account

• Enter in your new password and confirm.

• Hit submit at the bottom of the page and that's it! Your missing password has now been replaced.
