Forgotten FTP password

If you have forgotten your FTP password - below are the steps that need to be taken to reset this

1. Log into your Control panel as usual - with your control panel username and password.

2. Once logged in here, click on the change password icon from the Quick Access panel, down the bottom of the page (as shown below)

3. Enter in your control panel password and confirm. Ensure to place a tick in the "Make FTP password the same as Control Panel password".

Now your FTP password has been changed to match that of your control panel and your will be able to use your FTP as usual again.
