Editing DNS Entries

How do I edit my DNS Entries?

To change the DNS entries associated with your domain name please follow the steps that will guide you through our Customer Management System.

Go to the NCM at https://ncm.novarait.com/ and enter your details.

Then click on "Domain Names" and then select the extension of the domain you want to access and click on the "Active" option.

Then beside your domain name click on the "Full Details" button.

On the next page choose the option called "Click here to configure DNS".

On the next page choose "View/Edit Current DNS"

A range of options are then provided to change or edit DNS records.
