Changing traffic/storage space/mailbox limits for a domain in your account

Part 1

The first thing you will need to do is increase the storage limit on the plan that this domain name is on. To do this:


Click on Quick Access in the top left corner of your reseller account.


Select plans.


Your different plans will be listed here, you are looking for the plan the domain name you wish to modify is on.


To the right of the plans name, under the advanced heading there is a blue icon called "resources" Click on this.

Here are listed all of the options for this plan so you can change the resources here for each one. The most common changes will be:


Summary traffic (for their total traffic allowance per month)


Mailbox Quota


Disk space Quota

To change the resources, click on the "[Edit]" options beside the particular resource you want to change and click submit.

Part 2


You will now need to edit the settings on the individual account.


Log into the target account and go to the relevant section for what you need to change.


Traffic limits and diskspace quotas are on the main page, for mailbox limits click the mailbox quick access icon.

Beside where the limits are shown there should be a small icon which says change.


Click on this and you can now update it to the amount you have set for the plan.


The limit is now updated.
