1. What do I get for my money?
Our domain registration fee entitles you to the following:
1. The use of your domain name for one year.
2. Free domain parking
3. Free holding page
4. Free primary and secondary DNS
5. Free control panel and a free DNS manager.
6. Free web/URL forwarding.
2. Who gets the receipt of the domain order?
We send a copy of the invoice by email only to the email-address of the billing contact . We do not send invoices by post unless you select this option. Please note that there is an extra charge for this.
3. I appear to have been charged a number of times for the same domain?
Occasionally customers click the Submit button at the end of the order form more than once. As a result the credit card system bills their card each time the submit button is clicked. If you believe that this has happened please fax a copy of your credit card statement showing the relevant charges to us at 1890 923 105 and we will investigate the matter. If incorrectly billed we will issue a refund immediately. Please note that all charges for our services by they on Register.ie or Host.ie will appear on your credit card billing as Novara Technology Ltd.
